We went to the doctor for the 2 month checkup for the babies. Taylor weighs a whopping 8lbs 4oz. and is 21 1/2 inches. Kaylie weighs 8lbs 2 oz. and is 22 inches long. They made it off the preemie chart and are now on the regular baby growth chart (but in the bottom percentile). Kaylie had to go to the hospital today to have an ultrasound on her hip. The doctor thought it may not be in the socket correctly which could cause problems walking. The ultrasound technician said he thinks it is okay and will let us know for sure after he reviews it further. If only we could stay out of the hospitals.......but we are doing great and extremely happy!
Welcome to our website for our friends and family to see our baby girls, Taylor Cameron Chinn and Kaylie Rebecca Chinn. They were born January 23, 2009 and we are thrilled to have them as additions to our family.

Kaylie 3-18-09
These are some snapshots we took this morning in the living room. Grandma Stovall is here for her very long and very much appreciated visit to help with the girls. We are excited to have her here. I have to go back to work full time tomorrow and I am dreading it. I hate to leave the girls but I am glad they will be with my mom.

Taylor at 7 weeks
The girls are really starting to be awake alot more. I could just sit and watch them all day long. They just amaze me. They are growing so fast! I had a photographer friend of mine come to my house this weekend to take some photos of the Neale, the girls, and myself. I wanted to get some family photos while they are still little. I will post some of those when I get them back.

TODAY IS OUR DUE DATE
Today is the due date for the babies. It is hard to believe they are 6 and a half weeks old. They are growing so fast! They are much more alert and keep their eyes open more. For the first time Taylor acknowledged that she could see a toy I put in front of her. She also has begun to pull my hair. We went for a walk on the marshwalk last weekend. The weather here is finally nice. We are looking forward to getting out of the house more!

6 weeks old
Today Kaylie and Taylor are 6 weeks old. They have started lifting their heads a little bit when we feed them and they try to help hold their bottles. They still sleep alot but it is still 4 days before their official due date. They are beginning to open their eyes more and they appear more alert. The weather is finally nice here so we hope to get out more. I have taken 4507 photos of them since their birth! They are just growing up so quickly that I want to capture it all.

Taylor and Kaylie
This photo perfectly captures Taylor and Kaylie's personalities. Everything here is perfect. I think Taylor's stomach looks a little bit smaller today. We took the babies to Margaritaville for dinner over the weekend. Neale wanted to get them started listening to Jimmy Buffett early. We aren't sleeping much but we really couldn't be happier.
